Making life more managable
Order Manager is a module utility that allows you to work more effectively with large quantities of orders.
First it displays orders in a customisable format similar to that of a diary pad. Selections can be configured and re arranged, showing the information in ascending or descending order.
Batches are easily created and orders added or removed from the load, or block or orders. This includes a Pre Pick facility enabling users to test if there is enough stock to fulfil a bulk pick. Once decisions are made regarding stock allocation, if there is not enough stock to fulfil an order the system will either apportion, or allow the user to key in an acceptable quantity in the Allocate field for each user before committing to the order.
Common paperwork and bulk notes can be produced against batches. It is a good mechanism to use to select the orders from an order pool that you will be performing the same action on.
